Delivery & Returns

Wanshop anticipates all orders to be delivered in 2-3 business days for Standard delivery from the time the order is confirmed. This is a maximum estimate, in most cases, delivery is done sooner.
For Priority delivery orders, delivery is expected within 1 business day from the time an order has been confirmed. Reminder that business days can be counted as Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
In case recipient is not available at time of first delivery attempt, the delivery time will be longer.
If you have not received you order within the delivery period after placing your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 6849 8711 so we can try our best to find out the reason for the delay.
We will usually include tracking numbers with orders that are sent through third party delivery partners/couriers. In certain situations, we will deliver ourselves directly to you in which case, we will schedule delivery at an agreed period e.g. for urgent deliveries.
In case of typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect, dispatch and/or delivery might be delayed.
Delivery service is available all most parts of Hong Kong, including Sai Kung, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Northern New Territories and many other remote areas except area with unaccessible roads or with restricted access.
In case, there is some limitations with access to the delivery address like e.g. a lot of stairs, inaccessible roads, pickup of the delivery should be arranged at a location where reasonable access e.g. for some village houses can only be delivered to the ground floor.

Delivery charges are based on weights.
Below are delivery rates:
0-5kg -> HK$30
5-15kg -> HK$50
15kg upwards -> HK$70
However, delivery is free for purchases of HK$400 or more.
0-5kg -> HK$50
5-15kg -> HK$70
15kg upwards -> HK$90
Return & Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges will be issued with the exception of defective items or items damaged during transit.
Please contact us immediately at for any purchase return or refund considerations.
If products cannot be delivered for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including delivery costs incurred.
